Malcolm Paskins sends a splendid photo of the legendary JB Chaffey

An "A" Level Geography Field Trip to Malham Tarn, Yorks. in 1960 - one of the first trips organized by a young John Chaffey not long after he joined the staff.
 On the left is "Lofty" Palmer and on the right is Dick Smith. not sure who the guy next to John Chaffey is, nor the guy behind him. I'm the one wearing the hat (a trophy from the school trip to Austria the year before!).
